SPF Depot TSL Pump Rebuild Kit for Graco 246962

This SPF Depot exclusive rebuild kit contains the wear components commonly replaced during maintenance of Graco 246962, 246963, 246964 TSL pumps. Rebuilding the TSL pump helps maintain proper lubrication, reduce seal wear and extend proportioning pump life.

The Graco 117446 U-Cup Rod Seal is used in hydraulic pump assemblies found on Graco Reactor hydraulic proportioners. This seal helps maintain hydraulic pressure, prevents fluid bypass and supports proper pump operation during proportioning cycles.

Worn or damaged rod seals can result in hydraulic leakage, pressure loss, reduced pump performance and premature wear of other pump components.

Graco 117484 Thermocouple for Heater Block

The Graco 117484 Thermocouple is used to monitor heater block temperature on Graco Reactor proportioners. Accurate temperature feedback is critical for maintaining proper material temperature and system performance during spray foam and polyurea applications.

A failed thermocouple may cause temperature faults, inaccurate heater readings, heater shutdowns or difficulty maintaining set temperature.
