MyRewards - Reap the rewards with every purchase

It pays to go with MyRewards. Every time you make a purchase with [your company or website's name], you'll receive points [if product based, then] for the product(s) you purchase [if total amount of purchase, then] based on your total purchase amount. It's a great way to save on your next purchase whether it's for you or someone special.

Here's how it works:

  1. Once you've placed your order and it has shipped, your MyRewards Point will be redeemable in [X] days.
  2. To view your MyRewards, simply go to MyRewards.
  3. Enter the total amount (in points) you'd like to redeem below (X points = $X).
  4. You're now ready to save on your next purchase. Upon placing your order, your available MyRewards will automatically be deducted from the total purchase amount.

How do I return an item?
  Please contact us for more information on returning an item. We will need to know the reason for the return and assign an RMA number to keep track or credit to your account. Even if you send in parts for our repair/reconditioning service, please contact us. We receive several envelopes by mail with parts inside and no instructions on what is needed.

Parts returned for credit are issued a store credit and a 20% restock fee will be subtracted from the amount. Credit is not issued for shipping costs. Returns for credit must be within 30 days of purchase. Returned items for credit must be in original condition and include all parts originally included. Missing parts will not be credited back. Credit cards CAN NOT be credited 30 days after purchase. We do not issue credit for used/damaged parts. See our warranty information for further details on any warranty claim.
