Graco Legacy Reactor Parts, Pump Kits and Technical Support

SPF Depot provides pump identification, repair-kit information, service manuals and technical support for original and legacy Graco Reactor proportioners. We help contractors maintain older equipment that is still operating in spray foam and polyurea rigs throughout the industry.

Graco Electric and Air-Operated Proportioner Pumps

• E-20 and E-XP1: ISO pump 246830 and resin pump 245970 use repair kit 246420. ISO wet-cup kit: 246962.
• E-XP2: ISO pump 246831 uses repair kit 15C851; resin pump 245971 uses repair kit 246421. ISO wet-cup kit: 246963.
• E-30: ISO pump 246832 uses repair kit 15C852; resin pump 245972 uses repair kit 246422. ISO wet-cup kit: 246964.
• A-25: ISO pump 246831 uses repair kit 15C851; resin pump 245971 uses repair kit 246421.
• A-XP1: ISO pump 24Y175 uses repair kit 17K351; resin pump 24Y174 uses repair kit 17K352.

Graco Hydraulic Reactor Pumps

• H-30 and H-50: Proportioning pump 247576 uses cylinder seal kit 247581 and piston seal kit 247579.
• H-40: Proportioning pump 247377 uses cylinder seal kit 261852 and piston seal kit 261845.
• H-XP2 and H-XP3: Proportioning pump 247375 uses cylinder seal kit 261854 and piston seal kit 261847.

Important: Hydraulic proportioning pumps have separate cylinder and piston seal kits. A complete rebuild may require both kits.

Reactor Generation Identification

Graco reused model names such as E-30, E-XP2, H-30 and H-XP2 across different generations. Parts should not be selected from the model name alone. Confirm the complete machine part number, series and individual pump number before ordering.

Wet-cup kits, wet-cup conversion kits, chemical-pump rebuild kits and hydraulic-cylinder kits perform different repairs and are not interchangeable.
