Safest Hose Flush agent in the market. SPF-5 is more environmentally friendly than other brands to flush out your ISO lines and break up the internal ISO buildup. Simply fill the line, let it sit for 2 hours and repeat this cycle 3 more times. 1 Gallon is list but that is only for a Graco E10 most other machines will need 5 Gallons.1 gallon for transfer pump and line, 2 to 3 gallons for spray machine, and 1 gallon per 100 ft of a side hose.

The SPF-5 Hose and System Flush from SPF Depot is the gold standard for seasonal changeovers or long-term storage of your spray foam equipment. In our years of servicing Reactor E-30 rigs, we’ve seen countless failed heaters and ruptured hoses caused by stagnant "A-side" material turning to rock. Running SPF-5 through your lines is the most effective way to prevent this. It is a far more comprehensive solution than a standard spray foam gun cleaner because it handles the high-volume capacity of your entire foam insulation equipment footprint. From our experience, if you are seeing pressure fluctuations after a week of downtime, it’s usually because you didn't perform a full system flush.

FIll your ISO lines and continue flushing as you work the lines. Allow the product to sit for 2 hours and cycle again for 10 minutes. Repeat this process 2 more times. ** Run the effluent (discharge) through a "Granny Knee High" stocking to catch the solids and prevent re-circulation into your hose. Replaces DOP for hose flushing. SPF-5 is chemically safe, non-carcinogenic. It does not contain any water or agents that will attract water. SPF-5 is NOT recommended to store your rig. For storage, we recommend a hydraulic oil. SPF-5 Hose Flush is safe for delivery to California. (In California DOP is recognized as a cancer causing product)

System Flush
Ordered 5 gallon SPF-5 to flush out my Graco H-25. Rig is over 10 years old and this stuff worked great.
