PMC Heated Hose Whip

High pressure heated hose for use with guns spraying foam and various other coatings isn't cheap to buy, and anything that will increase the life of these often-abused pieces of hardware can save you hundreds or thousands of dollars. This 10' X 1/4 " spray foam heated hose from PMC has been upgraded by SPF Depot with the addition of an encapsulating rubber jacket as a means of damage protection and moisture resistance. This takes an already extremely durable whip hose and, for an extra 20 bucks, makes it several times better able to hold up to the type of wear & tear these parts typically suffer.

This 3500 psi heated SPF hose has everything the underlying product has quick, even heating from the braided copper wrap and tough PVC jacket. This heated hose with thermocouple wire works with Graco, GlasCraft, PMC and Gusmer guns. For the Xtreme-Guard JACKET ONLY - See part# 24T244. Sold in 10' and 50' rolls. PMC Heated Whip Hose. 1/4" hose, 3500PSI. Included is SPF Depot Xtreme-Guard Hose Scuff Jacket already installed and ready to pull out and use. PMC hose is a true, braided hose that provides over 85% coverage for faster heat times. The hose is then encapsulated in a rubber jacket to seal the heater wire to prevent moisture contact. See the picture of a section in this ad.

Hose/fittings will fit Graco, Gusmer, GlasCraft, PMC and others. Comes with heater wire and plugs that fit your OEM hose. Compare to Graco 246055 heated whip for over 950.00!
